I have in the past, BUT you need a substantial amount before they will accept and deal with them because they keep 50% of what they collect.
They never did collect anything, and this was against Secure Signings in Eldersburg, MD in 2008 for $900.00.
Best thing is to call, email, send a certified letter, and not be in debt too much to anyone your'e not sure of. I Learned my mistake the hard way. |
