The Red Cross in France uses a descendant of Vlad the Impaler (the original Dracula) in their blood drives. I went to give blood one year on Halloween and the workers were dressed in Halloween outfits - but no Dracula! I thought someone would have thought of that, but maybe the Red Cross said no. No sense of humor!
