...And the average closing has husband, wife, the realtor and if they have kids, they can't be left alone in the house. Can you imagine all of them in there, and the kids up in the front running around? Oh yeah, and sometimes a LO wants to be there. I think they should retro fit a bus like the Partridge Family. lol
