A number of signing services that have good ratings in SC have slipped. If SC ratings were weighted for the past year or two, many of the 4 star companies would be more like 2 - 2.5 stars.
DocPros is one of those companies and I asked to be removed from their database after very slow payment for a loan application. Too much much of a hassle for extra unpaid work, unpaid work which drives up my costs, to chase these deadbeats for payment delinquencies. I'm leery about ValuAmerica too with their ridiculous "technology fee" clawback of $10 off the top of the notary fee. |
