I'm still curious to see how all this is going to play out.

I had an application/disclosure signing today & it was the usual forms--GFE, TIL, etc.
From what I understand the new forms will need to be sent to them within 3 days of application. I'm wondering if it will be emailed to them, etc. It's my understanding that they're just signing that they received it--nothing about agreeing to it. I also don't think we, as notaries, are going to involved until the actual signing. We'll see what develops.
