Bear, you are without question, the main informational outlet on TRID to this forum, but I feel you have us over-thinking the TRID issue. When would we decide which forms should be used to comply? We download, we print, we supervise the signing, we return the documents assured that they were signed correctly and that the notary sections were one hundred percent compliant. Why would I want to be involved with anything beyond that. Bear, I respect you for your knowledge and hope you appreciate my point.
