I would not even consider it for a print fee. The borrower pays handsomely for homeowners and title insurance, it is up to those entities to supply the policies to the borrower. I am hired to identify borrowers and conduct the loan signing, not to explain or present title or homeowners policies. Last week I wrote about the 47 page brochure included in package explaining what assumable loans are, but this sure tops that one!
