I'm not a tech person. Purchased this laptop in July with windows 7 and I kept receiving a message if I wanted to automatically update to windows 10. Meant to click away NO and it was hell.

Have a Toshiba which made it worse. Had to reimage a new computer.

Terrible for me, hope you don't have issues. Although I still cannot have the cable for my hp4350 AND my HP8600 plugged in at the same time or neither one will print.
