Lisa is a piece of work. Don't take any of her crap. I sent a demand letter via email and cc'ed Title & Lender in. This seemed to work for me. I gave her a deadline to pay by 02/15/16. After receiving multiple email from her with excuses and accusations that I was being a "bully" she finally paid.
