| Just asked to do a refi signing 1 hour away with edocs and fax backs for $75. No way! I quoted a fee and the scheduler said "I will see if I can get your fee approved and call you back". No call back, so someone took it for that incredibly low fee. No wonder they require fax backs, only notaries will not much experience will work for those low fees! |
