| Depends on the mileage and file size, but my minimum for a refi is not 75.00, don't worry, I am not hurting anybody. Those companies pay me very fairly and are dependable. Also large file sizes and mileage over 15 miles will increase my fees, and I have not had a problem with this. If they don't agree to a price, then don't take the job. I feel my fees are fair for both sides, which is important to this business. Good luck with your business. |
