I would suggest that you review your current business model and structure of fees to determine this. Do you know what is involved in conducting an e-Closing? equipment that will be needed? Time involved, etc.?
When I conducted these type of closing, I would charge my standard fee + additional fee. The additional fee was something that I devised based on a few other parameters.
