$75 for 215 page application

I accepted a RM application for $75 because past ones I've done haven't been that big at all, just disclosures. This one was the entire package. I kicked it back for an increase to $125. We'll see what happens.

Any one else seen a RM application this huge? Oh, yes, one for the borrower to of course.
