from having in-store notaries...they got a few lawsuits when their notaries broke the law. That was the end of that.

Sometimes I'm sitting in FEDEX store packaging, going over my docs one last time, and folks are asking about notary services. They become my client instantly. Nice little convenience for both me and the client...the FEDEX clerks are way too busy to even think about where to refer the client, since they are very short staffed.
