I couldn't work for $80 and make a profit. Their fees are simply to low for me to pencil out. Plus, one of my signings is equal to 2 $80 signings. And, I'm paid in about 3-5 days, often less.
I've been in this business at least twice as long as you have, Peggy, and I know my worth. It's not all your fault you're being offered these fees. For some reasons, notaries before you began accepting $1 store fees and it caught on and continues today.
But no for me. |
