Library signings

Do many of you have borrowers that want to sign at the library? I've had 2 recently. Both times the borrower talked really loud and other people at nearby tables got up and moved. The first one I mentioned that I thought we might be disturbing other people and she looked kind of hurt. The last one, I didn't say a word and he continued to talk loud the whole time. What would you do?
