If so, and your state has no rules, sounds reasonable to me. Tho' I do question why you don't do a mileage charge, perhaps with a minimum travel fee-- as that would tend to 'explain' your reasoning to your clients. Also, it isn't 'just' mileage; it's also your time.

If you are doing loan signings with your criteria, I see the problems...and they are legion.
