It's all about cutting costs and increasing revenues. The other day while at a signing at a wealth management company, I was told that title would be handled by another"warehouse" company in Florida in an effort to cut expenses to borrowers.

That means my fees will be reduced as signing agent, as fees are "bundled" by vendor.
