| For the past month I have been getting requests directly from titling companies for assignments. If I accept the assignment, I am assigned immediately - no waiting to see who else accepted, and the docs are usually available one day prior to my appointment, once I confirm the appointment with the borrower. I don't have to chase down the docs through a signing company. Is this the new norm? I'd rather it should be since I don't have to wait 30 days or longer to get paid. Most use VendorPay and other send a check within two weeks after the closing. Any thoughts on this? |
