that show up in the pkgs, including the list of homeowner counseling agencies. IMO it's about "outsourcing" & they just throw everything in. I haven't seen anyone try to slip in the Appraisal though, because that's usually emailed to them, TG.
I still can't figure that OP describing a pkg. of over 400 pages. I've never seen that in 11 yrs. & would turn it back unless they were willing to page about $200. It's a double-sized pkg. after all. |
