They used to pay fairly and pay timely.
Current experience: Signed 5/2/17. No payment by 6/3/17. Sent Robin Kirsch email to inquire on Saturday, 6/3/17. Auto response that she's out of office and to contact Pauline Campos. Tuesday, 6/6/17, sent Pauline Campos email inquiring about notary payment. She responds that she has just submitted billing to accounts payable. A week later, 6/14/17, still no payment. Sent Pauline email and get auto response to contact Robin. I forward inquiry to Robin who responds: "It billed on 6/6 they are running the report tomorrow 6/15 then the check will be cut and sent out to you " No explanation nor excuse as to delay.
Luckily, my SOP is to inquire when payment is not received by 31-33 days from signing. At this point, it appears to me that had I not inquired when I did, this file would still not have been billed for payment.
My prior experience with WFG was that they paid in about 2 weeks. What happened?? ;( 45+ days is not acceptable in my business plan. Is this another company down the drain??
(I believe I remember another discussion on this company sometime within the last couple of months. However, search didn't turn up anything.)
