| I did have a double lat night, first and heloc, ref of primary residence, cash out. These used to be the bulk of my biz, but now only about 1/3. Vacationers here for a family retreat from Orange county. The whole family traveled here together and they had the entire wing of a hotel. Great for Santa Barbara's economy! No shortage of weekend visitors even with the fires.. |
