I do 2-3 I-9's a week in Ohio so I have done quite a bit of reading & classes. I see absolutely no need for an acknowledgement & I wouldn't do it. They hired *you* to be the authorized rep, you verified the IDs, you filled out your part. That's it. Now they want an ack to "prove" it was that person when *you* already did on the form? No need at all.
