The tsunami of new notaries who are clueless

is staggering. We all know how this ignited. Only the greedy are making out, skimming fees of the backs of novice individuals who are completely ill prepared for the challenges of loan signing these days.

I had an offer for a loan depot signing 40 miles away $80, faxbacks, print two copies, NO WAY. I'd rather stay home, market myself to better companies.
