Pre-evacuation orders for Montecito/Summerland/Carp/Vta

Freezing rain winter storm on the way...34-57 today. Everyone's nerves are on edge. I'm on my way south to sign agreement with County of OEM to remove tons of debris from my 20-acre home site of 30 years in the Carpinteria foothills. It's just stuff, I keep telling myself...burned stuff. Be safe everyone.
