Actually I have a friend doing this a notary rotary member as a matter of fact, who invoiced $30K last quarter of 2017. But I tell you she works her butt off and markets herself like crazy. Her fees are competitive. And to be fair she has been doing this for a long time. It won't be easy for sure. But being the smartest wont do it. Not making mistakes is a given. Time, marketing, time, persistence. If you really want to do it. Do you want to do it?
In the meantime, I'm going to reconsider. I thought I was happy until I read all this. Only kidding.
