Notary Confirmation Sheets

Jody, I wasn't too sure I "got" this earlier; but then I realized you were talking about confirming the signing assignment with TC (or hiring party). I use a standard Acceptance Form with my Fee, date of signing, shipping/tracking, etc. that is emailed as soon as reasonably possible after confirming with signer. THEN, I have a standard prep message for the signers, simple and sweet reminding them of date/time, no funds, need to have valid ID, be present up to an hour, have ID copy . . .

Regarding a "stamp," wouldn't that mean a SCAN or FAX back to hiring party?

BTW, my confirmation sheet automatically says Blue ink used UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED; and I also have a section for "Special Exceptions" for the rare or otherwise "odd" instruction - scan backs, addtl IDs, black ink only, extra copy of deed, split signing . . . like Janet mentioned, I don't give them any ideas!
