| This company in Michigan assigned a closing for a VA refi which I completed in March. I have been trying to get them to provide the schedule for my overdue payment. The back and forth emails have resulted in them accusing me of trying to scam them with my invoice. I provided the borrower info, and VA loan number as well as the names of all their employees who sent me the assignment. I am mad at their characterization of my legitimate business followup and wonder if this is a pattern. I plan to contact the SOS in MI to file a complaint and would appreciate any help making them rue the day they tried to take advantage of an honest notary. |
