Applications are the worst anyway, and nothing should be notarized. I pass 99% of the time. They are lengthy, time consuming and the people rarely have their things together and photocopied. Now they ask to take pictures of their stuff on the phone. No way! They don't need us for applications, we cannot explain terms...then if they decide not to do it, you may not get paid. Just say no. We are there because they are dragging their feet and want pressure put on by us to get it together and back to them
Yes, $55.00 is too low unless just a few pages like others said. Being close is a plus, but never give discounts for that.
For $55.00, I'd never be late for my next closing, especially for an application... |
