| Late borrower driving down this morning from New York State, FedEx was late in delivering the key packet, etc. It's signed and I told the boss man that I would like to speak with him on the phone at his earliest convenience. We are set to speak on Monday. I'm not going to report them to the lender or licensing authorities because I wish to continue getting closings from them. But I CAN speak with the boss man and try to get some processes changed, at least the ones that involve me, i.e. receiving docs. Thanks for your input, guys! |
