In my experience at the signing table, Seller closings take just as much time as Purchase/Refi signings...mostly due to tax forms that nobody has instructed the sellers on how to fill out. The only place we really spend less time is in the printing and prep. So it kind of pisses me off that we're automatically offered less money on Seller closings.
