The term is Ne Verietur (My error previously..I *did* say paraph*) - see this thread Msg #577266

We can't do them here in FL either - it's not a notarial act. What I would suggest to the OP is read what you're signing - are you willing to certify to the contents of that statement and does your state allow you to do so. To me, this is a statement that should be signed by someone at title (or the attorney in attorney-only states).
