I sort of disagree that the father's unrelated debt comes from another transaction when he is the trustee and not the beneficiary. HOWEVER the proceeds of the infant's sale for that trust needs to be locked down in a bank account until that child is 18. I think there is much more to this story and perhaps because the trust was created so recent, the judge seen through it and a shield for the father and null and void. Big question is who created the trust? |
