nice written demand, including order confirmation, via email to all title contacts. asking when payment can be expected. If no response by end of week, then a more strongly worded demand. given its been end of month and now first of month payouts, it may just be an escrow officer oversight.
I don't get too excited until its at least 45 days, especially if its a national title company. I imagine you will receive your payment soon.
