Please be advised that I received payment for this 8/20/19 signing today. The confusing part is that payment was received from Prolink Signing Service out of San Jose, CA. I have no idea what the connection is between them and ZigSig/OS National and why they were the source of payment. Maybe someone can explain. Thanks
