| I would also agree with Janet's statement that you don't want this to be your sole source of income. This business is "better" now than it was last year but the fees we are being paid wouldn't necessarily reflect that. Like everything, supply and demand have pushed up fees a little bit, but not nearly what they should be to reflect the increase in demand. |
