There is no excuse for not being paid in this season of our business, or any other time for that matter. Don't take this lying done. Chase them! They own a home. They can afford, and should, pay their notaries. (PS...sending you a PM now).
They are bad to the bone. They have terrible YELP reviews and a bad report on BBB.
I wouldn't hesitate to contact the escrow officer if nothing more than to let them know they are allowing crooksters to represent them as a signing service.
How can a company remain on the radar screen with such a poor history.
