I have the Stingray stamp, purchased from here. You pull the top part of the stamp off, by wiggling it side to side. You just drop the ink in the two holes, or if you have an older stamp, the two rectangles, a drop at a time. It doesn't take much. Then let the stamp sit for a couple of hours before using. You must use Stingray ink and not just any ink, according to the specifics on NR.
