| Accommodation signing aka witness closing aka witness signing aka signing... all the same thing. In fact, when I worked in Phoenix for a very large title company... we actually had an "Accommodation Department". These people were signers that traveled branch to branch to administer "accommodation signings". I hope this helps... as it seems this post got somewhat disjointed. |
