"You are in for a long four years. Enjoy. You will not be heard."
We're all going to be in for a long four years, but you're wrong - I will definitely be heard, as will the majority of the American electorate who didn't vote for Trump. In 2012, Obama won the popular vote by 5 million, and took 62% of the electoral votes. Trump lost the popular vote by almost 3 million, and took about 57% of the electoral vote. Although he claims it's "historic" and a "landslide", it's neither - his electoral vote percentage is something like 46th out of 58 elections.
Despite the fact that he actually did have a mandate from the voters, those who didn't like Obama were never shy about complaining about him. What makes you think people will be shy about complaining about Trump? |
