| Just after the first of the year they called me for a closing at a bank about 13 miles away. I only had to print off a couple of docs, go to the bank and the bank had the rest of the docs. Kinda strange...a bank employee was on the phone with us during closing from another branch office. all was clean and easy so did it for 80.00. No problem. They called me Thursday at 4:00 asking for a. CLosing on Thursday evening at 7:30 ....standard refi, normal stuff...I print all docs, go to borrowers home, handle closing and notarize, FedEx/ups package back ...$80.00..told them normal fee was $xxx. For this signing. She said she understood and would attempt to get increase fee. Never heard back.........big difference in services on my part.....guess they thought my normal fee was 80.00....no thank you. |
