I used to do a ton of closings for them, successfully. They have really gone downhill. There is zero loyalty regardless of how many hoops you jump through for them. They used to pay within 30 days ACH but now even that is always late, if not forgotten until you send them a little reminder email.

They are really nice to talk to; vey pleasant, but they just cannot meet my fee any more hardly. And you get a lot of hand holding from them... "Did you get the docs?" "Docs are uploaded". "Did you send our fax backs?" "Are you dropping the package?", etc.

It is a shame too because I always enjoyed working with them. I was doing closings for them back during their Reliaclose days. I used to get a ton from them. But again, no loyalty now to their notaries. Cheapest ones get the closings. I just decided, unless I am really desperate, I don't work for tiny fees. It's just not worth it.
