Thanks for the clarification. Yes, as I said in my post above, I am on SD because a former client put me there. Before they dropped their fees, I did a great deal of work via SD for that company. I have added a little bit to my profile there, but so far haven't uploaded some of the more personal data they request. [Reserving judgment on that for now.]
So as I understand LDs post, other companies can still see our basic profile to choose to send us job requests, but can't access our 'personal' info unless we accept an assignment from them. I guess that makes me feel a little bit better - on that issue, at least...  |
