I had one experience with a RM that involved the lender, tc, ss & SD. SD kept hounding me for reports, etc., and it added a tremendous amt. of stress to the transaction. The more people that are involved, the greater chance of miscommunication.
The LO had requested me specifically & was told I wasn't available (a lie). Fortunately, she had called me directly to find out what was going on.
SD has created a great opportunity for newbies, who no longer have to establish vetting with cos. through reputation. They can sign up & start getting work immediately.
I will maintain that the platform has hurt our business. |
