I'm not sure who was rude to most of these folks. I know we do hold people accountable for there mistakes but I haven't heard from anyone about rude or unprofessional schedulers (of course today was the first time I have visited the board in some time). My email address is clay at superior notary services dot com, if any of them want to contact me about specific instances. As far as the pay complaints go, we pay $100 for a refi with edocs. Anything less than that either doesn't require you to print docs or is not a real estate transaction. |
