BTW, kudos to one Florida notary, new this year to the field, has just landed a gig with a builder making a hefty daily fee notarizing new first time buyers at a new housing development, closing a large number of transactions before year end.
It is possible, it can be done! This notary, while new, is poised, confident, articulate and picked out of a slew of notaries to accommodate this golden opportunity. This person networks, cold calls and markets heavily for direct work in their area. This person rarely posters here...too busy out there making connections. CONGRATS to this competent NSA.
