Thanks for sharing your customer's actions. It's good to hear that some people are still insisting on good customer service - especially after a long business relationship. Customer service is a main reason I prefer to do my banking with smaller, more local operations, as long as they're stable and solidly capitalized. My current bank was purchased a few years ago by a Japanese company, so I've been thinking about moving on myself, after more than 20 years... I'm going to do some very careful research first, because I think there's a possibility that we may see another recession and possible banking crisis in the next 5 - 10 years (if not sooner). |
