| Quicken is all inclusive start to finish. When they do not have to deal with outside forces, things are much faster and easier. Having worked the other side, trust me, they are just as frustrated as you. Many times simply waiting on a CO, the HOA, the final inspection...the lender has to balance with the title company and make sure everything is there. I have a closing in 2 hours, it's really normal here to be waiting up to the last hour for me....as I am doing right now. |
