| There is no one specific POA, and to tell people they can be pulled from the Internet is fixin’ to get you in a heap of trouble, IMO. From my 30+ years’ working with attorneys, I’ve drafted numerous POAs “under an attorney’s review.” I would never create one for Joe or Jane Blow calling and requesting one — no matter how much begging or how much money they offered. |
