Along with what others said about LO commission, the borrowers must prepay more interest if loan funds in the beginning of the month as opposed to if loan funds towards end of month. I closed one on Friday - it will fund on 8/3. Borrowers prepaid 29 days of interest and owed funds at closing because of it.
